Yannick Wagner’s career with Accor spans over 18 years. He joined the Group in property financing before serving several strategic roles, from Head of Asset Management & Insurance to Vice President of Development in Northern Europe. In 2023, Yannick was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Managed Hotels AccorInvest Europe & North Africa for the Premium, Midscale and Economy division. That same year, he also became Managing Director of Accor in Germany, forming part of a dual leadership team. In 2024, he assumed the strategic role of Deputy Chief Development Officer at Accor’s Europe & North Africa Premium, Midscale & Economy division.
Originally from Luxembourg, Yannick is fluent in several languages and is based at Accor’s German headquarters in Munich.
