Sophie Donabedian has over 20 years of experience in energy transition, strategy, and digital transformation.
A graduate of Essec Business School, Sophie began her career as a consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on the Utilities and Industry sectors. She then joined Areva T&D and then Schneider Electric for close to 10 years, holding different roles in strategy, business development and innovation and developing the Smart Grid and Smart cities activity. She also led the Digital Customer Experience department for Schneider Electric France.
With her extensive experience in the Energy sector, Sophie joined B&B Hotels in 2023 as Chief Sustainability Officer, in charge of integrating and amplifying the Sustainability ambitions of the Group into B&B HOTELS' development strategy.
