After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business, becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.), Ruslan embarked on a career that spans banking, consultancy, and management across international corporations. Fluent in five languages, he combines deep financial acumen with a global perspective, which has been instrumental in expanding his business interests worldwide.
Under Ruslan's leadership, Revo Hospitality Group, headquartered in Berlin, has emerged as a leader in the digital transformation of the hospitality industry. Ruslan champions the integration of cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven solutions, firmly believing that innovation is essential for achieving long-term success in both hospitality and real estate. Today, the Group owns or leases approximately 260 hotels and resorts across Europe and maintains a significant investment in a prominent Asian hospitality company that operates more than 40 hotels and golf clubs throughout Southeast Asia.
