A graduate of ESG and HEC (MBA), Gaël Le Lay began his career within the Accor group in 1995, first as Internal Audit Manager, before taking on the role of Project Director for the Head of Investments. In 2006, he initiated the launch of the hotel fund at Axa Real Estate and became Head of Investments. Gaël Le Lay joined Covivio Hotels in 2013 as Deputy CEO in charge of investments and asset management.
In 2021, in his current role as CEO and co-founder of Petra - Hova Hospitality, he brings valuable expertise in hotel investment, development and strategic leadership.
