Bio

Christina Reti specialises in senior-level hospitality real estate and operational roles for hotel, entertainment, and leisure operators globally. She founded CDR Partners after nearly a decade at Korn Ferry, one of the world’s largest executive search consultancies. With a proven track record across Real Estate Investors, Property Companies, Hotel and Residential Platform Operators, her expertise spans investment, asset management, development, marketing, and operations. Drawing on a deep network and rich market knowledge, Christina consistently delivers exceptional leadership talent from the broader consumer practice field. Before Korn Ferry, Christina worked with a boutique real estate executive search firm, building the hospitality and lodging practice globally and successfully partnering
with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Developers, Hotel Operators, and HNWIs across EMEA and Asia. She began her career at The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, where she oversaw the opening of two new Assay Offices, coordinated property and logistics management, and launched the first International Seminars on Fakes and Forgeries — blending organisation, curiosity, and cultural insight. Christina holds a Master’s (Distinction) in Legal Studies of Art Ownership from Carleton University, a Master of Letters in the History and Connoisseurship of Fine and Decorative Arts from The University of Glasgow and Christie’s Education, and an ARCT Diploma (Distinction) in Speech Arts and Drama from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Canada.
